SFTO177DG-7062A-N 是一款 1.77 英寸 TFT LCD 模块，专为纵向模式显示而设计，分辨率为 128×160 点。它具有 MPU 8 位接口，适用于各种应用，包括手持设备、医疗设备和小型消费电子产品。该模块采用 ST7735 IC（与 ILI9163V IC 兼容），模拟 (Vcc) 电源电压范围为 2.6V 至 3.3V，典型值为 2.8V。其面板配有防眩光表面，即使在明亮的环境中也能确保最佳可视性，视角方向为 12 点，灰度反转为 6 点。
SF-TS177H-8784A-N 模块提供电阻式触摸屏选项（部件编号 SFTO177DG-7062A-T），可增强用户交互。该模块设计为可承受 -20°C 至 +70°C 的广泛工作温度范围，存储温度范围为 -30°C 至 +80°C，确保在各种环境条件下的可靠性。
