SF-TC400B-8951A-N 是一款高亮度 4 英寸方形 IPS TFT-LCD 模块，分辨率为 480 x 480 像素。该模块采用广视角 IPS 面板，左：80/右：80/上：80/下：80 度（典型值）。这款方形 TFT LCD 支持 RGB+SPI 接口，对比度为 800:1（典型值），亮度高达 420 尼特（典型值）。
SF-TC400B-8951A-N 模块是模块上集成驱动 IC ST7701S，接口电源电压范围为 2.5V 至 3.6V，典型值为 2.8V。 SF-TC400B-8951A-N型工作温度范围为-20℃至+70℃；存储温度为-30℃至+80℃。
